6th graders will have health in the classroom this week.

7th and 8th graders will have P.E. in the gym this week.

Reminder to Mrs. Waisanen’s 6th grade students: your permission slips are due Monday, 10/19.

Picture Retake Day is one week from today, Monday 10/19. Picture retake flyers were passed out to all students during 8th period yesterday, 10/12.

We want your photos for the Yearbook! Parents/Guardians, please send any photos of your student participating in sports, school activities, or other school-related events to Mrs. Dundas at, jdundas@sd41.org. The yearbook would also like to highlight students’ hobbies and activities such as hunting, fishing, dirt biking, crafting, and more. If you have photos of your student enjoying a hobby/activity outside of school, please send those to Mrs. Dundas!

Volleyball athletes will have practice from 4:00-5:00. Tomorrow volleyball athletes will travel to Kellogg for their district tournament. Students will start loading the bus from the middle school at 6:45 and depart at 7:00. 8th grade will play their first game at 10:00 and 7th grades first game will begin at 10:30. Good luck to our Lumberjacks!

Wrestling practice will begin Monday from 2:45—5:00. Wrestling sign-ups (for high school and middle school) are now available and in the office. Don’t forget to complete all your sports paperwork and purchase an ASB Card.

Today’s lunch is chicken sandwich, corn, pears, and milk.

Save the Date: 10/21/2026 Panacea presents POP (Parents on Patrol) from 6:00 – 7:00 at the Heyburn. This is a program where parents can learn how to help us provide safer schools.

  •     Our Lost and Found items will be taken away and donated to the Senior Center at the end of every month     
  •      If students are riding a different bus after school, all bus requests must be to the Middle School Office by 1:00 that day
  •      If your student is absent from school, please call the office to excuse their absence 
  •    You can also email drogers@sd41.org, or send a note with your student when they return to school
