7th and 8th graders will have health in the classroom this week.

6th graders will have P.E. in the gym this week.

This morning, we will be holding ISAT make-ups in the art room.

After School Academy will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00-4:00 in Mr. Buckler’s classroom. The end of our first semester is TODAY, January 23rd; make sure your grades are something you’re proud of before they go on your semester report card.

The annual Know Your Government conference is scheduled for February 15-17. Informational flyers can be found on the office counter. For questions, please call the Benewah County Extension Office at 208-245-2422.

Students will receive semester two schedules Monday morning prior to first hour class. Students look for your grade level table to receive your semester two schedule.

Today during lunch, ASB needs your help cleaning out their stash! They’re hosting Shoot for the Loot, and this week’s deal is too good to pass up: $1 gets you 2 balls. If you’d like to join in the fun and games, bring a dollar and give it your best shot!

7th and 8th grade boys can now sign-up for basketball in the office and pick up sports paperwork if you haven't filled any out this year. First official practice will take place January 27th. There will be a mandatory parent meeting at 4:45 in the middle school gym on Monday, 1/27, with practice following at 5:00-7:00. Athletes who do not have paperwork or concussion testing complete for the 2024-2025 school year will not be able to practice until they have it completed.

Girls basketball athletes will travel to Bonners Ferry today for their game beginning at 4:30. Student athletes will be dismissed at 12:45 and depart at 1:00. 7th grade girls will play first at 4:30 followed by our 8th grade team.

Today’s lunch is walking taco, bell pepper slices, fresh fruit, fire roasted salsa, and milk.
